June 1st 2017 sees GeronimoWeb launch expanded website performance reporting to all customers. These enhanced reports offer the OEM stakeholders even clearer and more detailed insight into the performance of their digital marketing programmes.
GeronimoWeb’s online dealer marketing programmes offer first rate digital marketing products and support services to over 1,300 automotive dealerships in 25 countries across Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
In order to align with latest technologies and global data platforms, Geronimo has invested heavily in Adobe Marketing Cloud products over the last 12 months. This culminated in the migration of all OEM-level reporting to Adobe Analytics on 1st January 2017.
Automated reporting systems ensure that performance data is regularly sent to both GeronimoWeb and OEM stakeholders – including details of the latest website visitor numbers, traffic quality, conversions, user behaviours and progress over time.
The update on 1st June 2017 is the first major enhancement of the reports as part of Geronimo’s ongoing commitment to continual service improvement.
As well as improving the clarity and usability of the reports, the improvements include expanded data on traffic sources, search and social referrals, and calculated metrics such as conversion rates. The updated reports also now clearly show the long-term performance trends for 6 key performance indicators.
