Web Analyst

Role Overview

This is an opportunity to join a small, relaxed, and professional team that works as an internal consultancy to a global Automotive Digital Marketing and Technology business. Our product is deployed in over 1,600 dealerships throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

We are looking for a Web Analyst to help us collect and manage analytics data across an existing setup of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. We use custom data layers, events, and goals to power insightful reporting. You’ll be able to influence the design and configuration of our analytics platforms, as well as helping the team to build, deliver, and update a data strategy. The data you manage will also influence our product development roadmap.

Management and configuration of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. We use a data layer, custom goals, and custom events to gather insights from a large estate of websites.

Data Strategy
Suggest and implement improvements to our data collection and reporting capability, and influence our wider data strategy.

Contribute to insight-driven decision making, including the use of our DITE Cycle (Data > Insight > Theory > Experiment). Perform ad-hoc analysis to help us make better decisions with data.

Analyse and perform sense-making operations over data. Provide actionable information from our data.

Advise the business on the use and interpretation of data.

This role would suit any individual who wants the opportunity to learn how to use analytics platforms with the goal of helping a business to make decisions based on data and experiments. Practical experience of the following will be an advantage, but we will create a training pathway for individuals who don’t have all the experience listed but are keen to learn.
